The site was simple enough to get around, and everything worked like I expected for the most part. There were a couple small hiccups here and there, but nothing that really slowed me down.

I had to exchange a shirt for a different size, which is always kind of annoying because I hate dealing with returns. Thankfully, this one wasn’t too bad. The return label was easy to figure out, and the replacement showed up quickly. I still wish I didn’t have to go through the whole process, but at least it wasn’t a headache. I’d probably order again.

I ordered a couple of shirts and some trousers from Spier and Mackay, and the shipping was kind of just okay. Not slow enough that I was annoyed, but not exactly quick either, if that makes sense.

Most of the order was fine, and the stuff that came in the right size looked good. But one of the shirts was the wrong size, which was frustrating because I had been expecting to wear it for something and then obviously couldn’t.

Their customer service did get back to me and helped with the return, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything. Still, it added a bit of hassle, and if I order again I’ll probably check everything right away instead of assuming it’s all correct...

My order showed up in good shape and actually got here quickly, which was reassuring. I was a little unsure at first because the shipping cost felt kind of high, but everything arrived fine and the product was good. Overall I’m happy with it, I’d just feel better ordering again if delivery was a bit cheaper.

I ordered a sport coat and a couple of shirts from Spier & Mackay, and overall I’m happy with what I got. The jacket feels well made for the price, with a nice structure to it and stitching that looks clean for the most part.
The fit was closer than I expected right out of the box. The shoulders and chest worked well for me, but the sleeves needed a little shortening and the shirt cuffs were a bit loose. Nothing major, just the kind of adjustments you’d expect unless something is made-to-measure.
I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because there were a few tiny loose threads, and the sizing takes a little figuring out. That said, for the price and quality, it seems fair to expect a minor tailor visit here and there. I’d still buy from them again.

I emailed them twice about my order and, honestly... I never got a real response. It took way too long, and it kind of felt like nobody was actually paying attention or cared what was going on.

I wasn’t expecting the extra customs fees, so that was frustrating. When I reached out about it, the whole experience felt a bit impersonal, like I was just a ticket number instead of an actual customer

The box showed up all crushed and it just looked bad. the Presentation felt really cheap, like not much care went into it.

The shirts feel nice and comfortable, so no complaints there. The pants were a bit of a different story, the material felt kind of thin, which makes me wonder how well they’ll hold up over time. They’re okay, but I’d probably be a little hesitant to rely on them for heavy wear.

These shirts have actually lasted well. The buttons are still hanging on just fine, which I wasn’t totally expecting.

The color was close to the photos, but I did notice it looks slightly darker in person. It’s not a huge difference, but it was enough that I was a bit disappointed when I first saw it

Tried to get a few things. No luck. Everything I wanted was gone. Frustrating...

I really wanted to like Spier & Mackay, but the whole experience left me feeling like the goalposts kept moving. The website photos made the shirts and jackets look sharp and modern, but in person a lot of the pieces felt outdated in a kind of awkward way, not like cool vintage. Some of the colors and patterns also seemed random, like I was expecting one vibe and got something totally different.
Even putting the fit aside, the overall style just felt stiff and not very current. I kept trying to convince myself maybe I had picked the wrong items, but then every new expectation I had got adjusted once the clothes actually showed up. I probably wouldn’t shop here again unless they seriously update the look and make the product photos feel more honest

I do get a little nervous though, because once shipping and duties are added, it can start to feel like the deal isn’t as good as it looked at first. I’m always worried I’m getting fooled by the lower price upfront. The sales definitely make it more worth it, so I usually wait for those. Overall, it’s okay value, just not a steal every single time.
